Enrollment

Mingus Springs Charter School has a maximum capacity of 190 students for all grade levels. A student application is required for placement on the waiting list. Students are placed on a first come first serve basis.

Identity Proof Documents

Acceptable Examples: Certified copy of birth certificate, (proof that the birth certificate has been ordered will be accepted temporarily.), Baptismal certificate, application for Social Security number, or original school records along with an affidavit explaining the inability to provide a copy of the birth certificate.

Proof of Residency

By Arizona law, schools must obtain and maintain current proof of Arizona residency. (A.R.S. 15-802 (B)

). Students will not be admitted without proof of Arizona residency.

Examples: Most current utility bill, rental agreement, valid AZ driver’s license, property tax bill, bank/credit card/mortgage documents.
